GMC Architects provided the architectural design for the Millwater Central Office/Retail development. The project is being undertaken by Broadway property Group Ltd. and is currently being constructed by McRennie Construction Ltd.

Millwater Centre is a neighbourhood centre comprising a mixture of retail and office space located in a prime position within the newly created Millwater Residential Development in Silverdale.
