GMC Architects provided the architectural design and monitoring of construction for Turners Car Auctions. The project was run and built by Arren Civil Construction Ltd.An office / warehouse development for Turners Car Auctions which comprises a two storey office to the front adjoining a large six metre high warehouse used for car storage and the main auction area for vehicles and customers to view.

The building was designed to be robust and have easy access for the delivery of cars and customers. The site is located adjoining a major motorway arterial route and required a high profile for passing traffic. The development was completed on time and within budget.
