Botany Junction Celcius

GMC Architects provided the architectural design and monitoring of construction for Botany Junction retail precinct. The project was run and built by Broadway Developments Ltd.

This project occupies a large site on the corner of Te Irirangi Drive and Ormiston Road, Manukau.

With a total floor area exceeding 9800m2 the development of retail shops, restaurants, offices, a medical centre, banks, and an adjoining three level apartment block, the development is an integration of uses working in a well designed manner. Car parking is integrated within the design and is positioned to compliment the various uses.

This property won the 2008 Property Council of New Zealand Retail Merit Award for Excellence.
