Chapel Village

GMC Architects provided the architectural design and monitoring of construction for Chapel Village. The project was run and built by Broadway Developments Ltd.Chapel Road Village is a neighbourhood centre comprising 17 selected tenancies in a prime location in Botany Downs

Tenancies range from real estate offices, a superette, fruit and vegetable shop, butcher, florist, cafes, restaurants, and takeaway food bars. A women’s gym and wellness centre occupy the first floor.

The buildings have been designed to compliment the high cost and quality homes that surround the area. The buildings are constructed from high quality, permanent materials. The site is well landscaped and provides good, easily accessible car parking.

This property won the 2005 Property Council of New Zealand Retail Award for Excellence.
