Waves Motel

GMC Architects provided the architectural design and monitoring of construction for the Waves Motel. The project was run by harbourcity Developments and built by Alliance Construction Ltd.A boutique motel development solution at the northern end of Orewa.

The Waves Motel is constructed as a two level motel complex within walking distance of Orewa Beach.

The construction materials used are high quality, permanent materials and the building has been designed to be sympathetic to the surrounding residential homes maintaining an appropriate scale to the street. The site is well landscaped and provides good easily accessible car parking.
